Ordering:

A confirmation email and invoice will be sent to you after your order is placed within 48 hours. Please keep this invoice for your records. Please notify us immediately if there is any incorrect information on your invoice.

Payments can be made securely and safely over PayPal Online Payment or using Visa or Mastercard.

USA: $19.95 flat rate

Your order will be processed in 1-2 business days and be shipped within 5-7 days.

All orders will be sent by FedEx Ground Shipping and can be tracked through FedEx.com using a shipment tracking number confirmed by email.

Sales Tax:

Orders purchased within Canada are subject to Canadian Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) and prices are subject to change without prior notice. All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country upon delivery of the shipment and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return/Exchange Policy:

We can accept exchanges only. An exchange request must be emailed to outfit_s@telus.net within 14 days of the ship date and a return authorization number will be given. A customer service representative will contact you with further instructions. Any items sent without a return authorization number will not receive credit.

Clothing must be returned with proof of purchase and in original condition and packaging: un-worn, un-washed with all tags still attached.

Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred for returned/exchanged items.
